Brief
This project was completed in collaboration with Harchran Jagdev and Peter Huang. Under the tutelage of Luis Angarita, Athabasca was developed as a product intended represent Canadian identity through household items, with a focus on aesthetic versatility and functional simplicity.
Athabasca
A tribute to the glaciers and icebergs of Northern Canada, Athabasca recalls the importance of our environment and the foundation of our nation and its values on the natural wonders of this land.
Made from sustainable and locally sourced materials, Athabasca is an aesthetically simplistic stationery with a straightforward and easily understood design. The translucent dividers reflect the melting and growing of our glaciers, and the impact of our actions on the environment.
